About the role:

We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart and motivated individual to work at our Stroud premises as a Panel Beater.

Key Responsibilities:

· Undertake structural and cosmetic panel repairs on all makes of vehicles

· Replace, repair, and align panels according to manufacturer specifications

· Stay updated with the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to uphold BS 10125 quality standards

· Work effectively as a part of the team to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the business

About you:

The Ideal Panel Technician:

· Proven experience as a panel technician in a body shop or accident repair environment (ideally minimum of 3 year’s experience)

· Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques

· Trained to NVQ 3, IMI accreditation (or capable of passing)

· An ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and experience of the industry

Please note that candidates with no relevant experience will not be considered for this role. We are willing however to consider an apprenticeship for the right person who can demonstrate their interest appropriately.
